We Are Hiring

We are hiring therapists from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre-licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board-approved clinical supervision credentials.

What We Offer

Up to $2,500 in Signing Bonus
Paid Weekly Group Supervision
Performance-based bonuses

Candidates Must Have

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Licensure in their designated field
• Experience with children, adolescence, teens, and/or adults
• Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools

Job Duties

• Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues
• Create and implement a treatment plan
• Complete ongoing documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
• Care for and coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
