Elkin NC Full Time Oral Surgeon

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Winston Salem, NC – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis and surgical treatments for a variety of oral health issues
• Ensure high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Maintain affiliation with local dental professional groups and associations
• Manage patient care for functional and esthetic concerns in the head and mouth
• Provide expert treatments in multiple offices within the designated territory

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school required
• Certification from The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required
• 5-7 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse patient population
