Elite Security Officer Shop Patrol Driver

About the Role

As an Elite Security Officer Shop Patrol in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. This role involves conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with site leadership, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Requirements

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least five years of armed security experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Fri: 02:45 PM - 11:30 PM
Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:45 PM
