Position Summary

The ELITE Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy customer experience that goes beyond basic service. This role is the face of the restaurant—focused on hospitality, positivity, and creating memorable interactions with every guest.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and take food orders accurately
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently
• Provide excellent hospitality by answering menu questions and making order suggestions
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace by following health and safety guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Work as part of a team to create a seamless guest experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Bend, reach, and move throughout shift
