About the role

Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities. Assist with training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains. Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts. Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build critical training materials for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skills. Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions to meet the mission and time-critical needs of our client.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and revision of training materials for advanced learners.
  • Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues.
  • Build critical training materials for advanced learners.
  • Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience afloat as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT).
  • 3+ years of experience as a curriculum developer.
  • Experience creating performance-based technical training, including practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content.
  • Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of task-based curriculum.
  • Knowledge of learning tools and modalities and measurement tools or methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.
  • Ability to select teaching methods appropriate for course audience.
  • Ability to have interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel, including verbal briefings or presentations, listening techniques, and developing written material, including technical reports documenting research and analysis performed.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Pay

$52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
