About the role

The Eligibility Coordinator will verify and load benefits for therapy and providers, obtain authorizations/referrals, and respond to emails regarding eligibility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify and load benefits for therapy and providers
• Obtain authorizations/referrals
• Respond to emails from other departments regarding eligibility tasks

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
• One year of relevant experience in eligibility processing or similar role

Skills

• Knowledge of insurance claims processing
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
