About the role
Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) position available at Baptist Hospital in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the care team model of 32 Anesthesiologists and 58 Allied Health professionals.
- Treatment of a broad case mix including Neuro, Vascular, General, OB/Gen, Ortho, IR, GI, Cardiac, Interventional Cardiac and Pediatrics.
- Manage annual case volume of 40K, covering main hospital, 24 ORs, ASCs and off-site locations.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling options such as 8’s, 10’s and 12’s, with no call.
- Benefit from a robust orientation/onboarding program for new hires, welcoming new graduates.
- Start date bonus of $75K and immediate eligibility for benefits, including professional liability insurance paid by the company.
Requirements
Must have completed a certified anesthesia assistant program and be licensed to practice in Florida.
