About The Role
Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join the team at Table Rock Elementary. This role is central to our mission of helping students grow into respectful, responsible, and independent learners in a positive and engaging environment. The Elementary Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess instruction in alignment with Oregon state standards and district curriculum goals. This role requires effective classroom management, collaboration with colleagues and families, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Teachers are expected to support a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that addresses individual student needs and fosters academic success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engaging lessons and maintain a classroom culture of respect and high expectations.
- Use data to guide instruction and support student assessment and intervention strategies.
- Participate in school initiatives and building/district-level professional development.
- Adhere to board policies and procedures and contribute to the broader school community.
Requirements
- Current Oregon Teaching License with the appropriate endorsement(s) for the elementary level.
- Meets the requirements to be designated Highly Qualified by TSPC.
- Content expertise, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for working with elementary students.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students.

Pay
Salary range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year. Salary placement will depend upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits. Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement and is subject to change.
Schedule
193/194 contract days, 8 hours per day, beginning August 27, 2026.
