Elementary Teacher (5th Grade)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily lesson plans with project-based assignments
• Plan and deliver instructional activities for active learning
• Incorporate personal relevance into lesson plans
• Achieve performance goals for every student in class
• Grade assignments and provide regular feedback
• Identify and assist students facing learning or emotional challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• Valid California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of teaching strategies and methods
• Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage diversity and critical thinking skills
