Elementary Teacher - 5th grade

About the role

This position is currently for a 5th grade classroom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in core subject areas, adapting strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and academic abilities
• Utilize both formative and summative assessments to evaluate student performance, leveraging data to drive targeted interventions and foster measurable learning outcomes
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with parents, staff, and community members to build a collaborative support network for student success
• Create and implement innovative learning opportunities and interactive projects to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and active student engagement

Qualifications

• A valid Minnesota teaching license: K-6 Elementary Education Teacher
• Must have the ability to utilize both formative and summative assessments to evaluate student performance, leveraging data to drive targeted interventions and foster measurable learning outcomes
• Excellent organizational skills, as well as oral and written communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $44,582-$83,214
