Elementary Support Teacher - 2026/2027 School Year
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We should map content to appropriate headings.
We have:
- About Mastery: description of organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic. But we have "About Mastery" which is about organization. Could treat as "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" heading and put the description there. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. We have content for About the role (the mission etc). So we can have About the role
with paragraph(s) from About Mastery.
- Responsibilities: we have Duties and Responsibilities list. So Responsibilities
with - items.
- Requirements: we have Qualifications (flexibility, adaptability, etc). Also Education and Experience. Could combine under Requirements? The instruction says we can have Requirements heading. We'll include Qualifications under Requirements maybe. But also we have Education and Experience separate. Could treat Education and Experience as part of Requirements or as separate? The allowed headings include Qualifications, Skills. We have Qualifications list. So we can have
Qualifications
for the bullet list of flexibility etc. Then Education and Experience could be under Requirements? Or we could have Requirements
for education/experience. But we already used Qualifications. The instruction says we can use those headings; we can choose which to include. Probably better to have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications (flexibility etc)
- Requirements (Education and Experience)
- Benefits
- Pay (Salary and Bonus Information)
- Schedule? Not provided. So we omit Schedule.
We also have Physical Requirements. Could be part of Requirements or maybe we can include under Requirements as well. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Physical Requirements is substantive. Could include under Requirements as a list.
We also have "Mastery's Benefits Package": we can put under Benefits.
We have "Annual Calendar": not a standard heading; maybe we could omit as not in allowed headings. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The Annual Calendar is a link to review calendar; it's not filler but it's not a standard heading. Could we include it under Benefits? Not really. Could we create a custom heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but does not forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings; if something doesn't fit, maybe we can omit if it's not essential? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. The Annual Calendar is substantive but maybe we can treat it as part of Benefits? Not really. Could we include under Benefits as a bullet? It says "Annual Calendar: As you plan to make Mastery your new work home, please feel free to review our calendar here . We like to think our calendar is a benefit of working here too!" So we could treat it as a benefit: mention that the calendar is a benefit. So we can add a bullet under Benefits: "Access to the annual school calendar as a benefit". That preserves info.
Similarly "Why You Should Apply" includes encouragement about underrepresented groups, AI usage note. That's substantive. Could we put under Requirements? Not really. Could we add a section "About the role" maybe includes that? Or we could add a section "Requirements" but it's not a requirement. Could we add a section "Skills"? Not exactly. Could we add a section "About the role" and include that note? Might be okay.
We also have "Physical Requirements". Could be under Requirements as a list.
We have "Salary and Bonus Information": we can put under Pay.
We have "Mastery's Benefits Package": under Benefits.
We have "Education and Experience": under Requirements.
We have "Qualifications": under Qualifications.
We have "Duties and Responsibilities": under Responsibilities.
We have "About Mastery": under About the role.
Now we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes some lines like "Please go here to see all of our Benefits offerings !" and "Annual Calendar: As you plan to make Mastery your new work home, please feel free to review our calendar here ." Those are not boilerplate but are instructions to click links. Might be considered application instructions? They are not exactly application instructions but they are references to external links. The instruction says remove application instructions. Those are not exactly applying but referencing benefits and calendar. Might be okay to keep as part of Benefits and maybe we can rephrase as bullet.
We also have "We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process..." That's not boilerplate; it's about hiring process. Could be considered application instructions? It's about hiring process. Might be considered part of "Why You Should Apply". We'll keep.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's craft:

We also need to include "Why You Should Apply" content. Could we add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no standard heading for that. Could we add a section "About the role" already used. Could we add another About the role
duplicate? Not ideal. Perhaps we can add a Requirements
but we already used. Could we add a Skills
and put that content there? The content is about encouragement to apply, AI usage note. Not exactly skills. But we could treat as "About the role" includes mission and also encouragement. We could add a paragraph after the existing About the role paragraph about encouragement and AI. That would preserve info.
Let's add to About the role paragraph: after the mission paragraph, add a paragraph: "Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they can perform every job description task. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may come from a less traditional background. Mastery may consider an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, education, and experience to meet minimum qualifications. If you are interested in applying, we encourage you to think broadly about your background and skill set for the role. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist Mastery's Talent Acquisition Team
