Compensation

• Local Contract: $70/hour
• Estimated Weekly Local Pay: $2,625/week
• Travel Contract Estimated Weekly Package: $2,970/week
• Taxable Hourly Rate: $26/hour
• Housing Stipend: $1,393/week
• Meals Stipend: $602/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
• Implement and monitor individualized educational programming
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Required Qualifications

• Valid state teaching certification as required by California and district regulations
• Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Compliance with professional standards of practice
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum one year of teaching experience
• Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education Teaching Certification
• Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement
• Current CPR certification if required
• Current TB screening and health documentation if required
