Elementary School Teacher Specialist PT - Multilingual Learner

Job Description

The Multilingual Learner (ML) Teacher provides instructional leadership and targeted expertise to ensure the academic and linguistic success of multilingual students. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, targeted instruction through small-group settings while serving as a collaborative partner to classroom teachers. The Specialist will bridge content and language instruction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Current Utah Educator License with ESL Endorsement.
• Demonstrated experience with the SIOP instructional model.
• Advanced knowledge of WIDA assessments and data analysis.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) or Professional Learning Community (PLC) framework.
• Familiarity with the ELLevation platform for student tracking and instructional planning.
