The Elementary School Teacher fosters a safe, engaging, and faith-filled learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of each student while upholding the mission and values of the school.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that meets the diverse needs of learners.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and a love of learning.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Differentiate instruction and implement appropriate interventions to support student success.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom expectations.
• Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, and support staff to enhance student learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and assigned supervisory duties.
• Integrate Catholic values into daily instruction and serve as a positive Christian role model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
• Strong instructional, classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
