TEACH AT INDEPENDENCE PREPARATORY ACADEMY

To achieve our vision, we seek K-3 Teachers who meet one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience (Alabama certification preferred) with a proven record of propelling extraordinary student growth
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a desire for growth in a feedback-driven, supportive environment.

DRIVE MEANINGFUL RESULTS

Drive at least 1 year of academic growth for all scholars through standards-aligned, data-driven instruction. Use weekly mastery data and exit tickets to adjust instruction in real time. Implement Science of Reading-aligned literacy practices with fidelity. Build a classroom culture where 100% of scholars are engaged and meet behavioral expectations.

PAY

The salary range for this position is between $49,200 and $61,000. Salary is competitive and aligned to experience and internal equity.
