Empowerment Academy is a dynamic and successful charter school serving a diverse student population in Jersey City, Hoboken, and New York City. We have three campuses and collaborate with BelovED as our sister school.
Requirements
- NJ Department of Education CE, CEAS, or Standard Elementary School Teacher License required.
- Candidates who do not have the required certification cannot be hired.
- Charter schools in New Jersey are public schools, so applicants must apply for reciprocity if they are seeking to join.

Pay
- Salary when Covering Leave: $68,500 - $88,500
- Salary when Staff Sub: $47,000 - $57,000
