Elementary Intervention Teacher
The San Juan Unified School District is seeking a full-time teacher for Starr King K-8 School. This position is open until filled and applications are accepted weekly.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with district curriculum standards

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Support students' social-emotional needs and address individual learning differences
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Requirements
- Valid California teaching credential
- At least two years of successful teaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse educational setting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred, but not required
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom
- Knowledge of current educational research and best practices

Pay
The salary schedule for fully credentialed staff is $60,000 - $126,000 annually. Additional stipends are available for certain positions and special circumstances.
Schedule
The length of the work year for teachers (Elementary / Secondary), middle school, and K-8 counselor/teacher librarian is 10 months/year, 186 days/year, 5 days/week, with a professional work day.
