Elementary ESL Teacher – 1.0 FTE

Position Available October 16, 2026 Elementary English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher – 1.0 FTE 2026-2027 School Year Windom Area Schools is seeking a dedicated Elementary ESL Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will provide instruction to English language learners, assess student progress, and communicate with parents/guardians to support student growth and achievement. Position Summary Will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, evaluating, and assessing both instructional material and student performance.Responsible for communicating student progress with parents/guardians and reporting student performance for local and state records. Job Requirements Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree required.Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate grade level and subject area certification required.Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.
