Elementary Education Full-Time School Age/ Bus Driver Split Shift

About the Role

Full‑Time School‑Age Teacher – Join Our Growing Academy! We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and creative teacher to inspire young minds, create unforgettable learning experiences, and provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement exciting, age‑appropriate activities that promote growth, learning, and fun.
• Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for school‑age children.
• Support academic goals with homework help, STEAM activities, and hands‑on enrichment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Supervise indoor and outdoor play with a focus on safety, inclusion, and creativity.
• Lead group games, clubs, projects, and themed events to keep kids motivated and involved.
• Drive a 14‑passenger bus to and from public schools and on field trips during the summer, complying with all state and local requirements and passing a Motor Vehicle Background Check.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individual who loves working with children.
• Experience in child care, after‑school programs, or education (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High School Diploma or GED required; CDA or related education is a plus.
• Must be over 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Background Check and meet all state and local driving requirements.
