Elementary Classroom Teacher - 2nd Grade
Full-time (1.0 FTE) Second Grade Teacher position at Jefferson Elementary School, providing a broad range of teaching services to develop students' skills, attitudes, and learning methods.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction using effective assessment strategies.
- Implement the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) approach consistently with supportive routines and clear expectations.
- Collaborate with grade-level team, special education team, and specialists to create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and support School Board policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively as a member of the professional community.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based planning and teaching.
- Licensure by the State of Minnesota in Elementary Education.
