About the Role
We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various K-12 teaching and administrative positions across Michigan. These roles support alternative certification pathways, helping professionals transition into impactful careers in education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to diverse student needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
- Support school initiatives, including extracurricular activities and community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field (or equivalent experience for alternative certification candidates).
- Commitment to pursuing or holding Michigan teacher certification (or administrative certification for leadership roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse classroom settings and student needs.
- Experience in education or a related field is preferred but not required for all positions.
