Elementary Assistant Principal (2026/2027) - Rancho Cordova Elementary

About the role

Folsom Cordova Unified School District is searching for a dedicated administrator who excels in a collaborative setting to join our team. As a member of our school community, the administrator will collaborate with teachers and other principals in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). FCUSD site administrators are trained in the Breakthrough Coach strategy for leading teaching and learning on their campus using coaching and continuous improvement principles. FCUSD administrators build restorative and equitable school climate on their campuses that create the conditions for learning. By engaging in collaborative planning, analyzing data, and providing continuous support, the administrator will play a key role in enhancing instructional methods and student achievements. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and other principals in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
• Implement the Breakthrough Coach strategy for leading teaching and learning on the campus
• Build restorative and equitable school climate on the campus
• Engage in collaborative planning, analyze data, and provide continuous support
• Play a key role in enhancing instructional methods and student achievements

Requirements

• Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility
• Minimum of three years of teaching and/or counseling experience with evidence of demonstrated leadership
• Advanced degree preferred

Benefits

This position offers a yearly salary range of $98,644 - $145,745.

The starting salary for this position is $98,644 per year.
