Electrophysiology Technician

About the role

This position provides technical support and assistance to physicians during invasive testing and treatment in the Electrophysiology Lab. Responsibilities include precise diagnostic mapping of patient-specific lesions, performing related testing and treatments, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with Clinical Engineering to ensure optimal equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to physicians during invasive procedures in the Electrophysiology Lab
• Perform precise diagnostic mapping of patient-specific lesions
• Conduct related testing and treatments
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Collaborate with Clinical Engineering to ensure optimal equipment functionality

Requirements

• Graduation from a relevant invasive cardiology or radiologic technology program
• Certification from recognized boards
• Specific experience in invasive cardiology or cath labs
