Electrophysiology Physician

Position Overview: We are seeking 2 Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologists to join a well-established practice with a large referral base in the Metro Birmingham area. Responsibilities Performing EP procedures in-office, including Echo, Vascular Ultrasound, Stress tests, PET, CT, Event and Holter monitors, ABIManaging outpatient clinic with approximately 30 patients per dayHandling in-hospital patient care and procedures with support staffSharing call duties, including weekday primary call (1:6) and weekend call (1:7-8) with a team of twoParticipating in holiday coverage and sharing on-call duties equally Qualifications & Skills Training in Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and EP fellowshipExperience preferred; a new graduate may be considered for one positionFocus on patient-centered care with a collaborative team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with discretionary bonuses in the mid $400s$12K moving allowance, $3K CME allowance + 5 days15 PTO days plus holidays and additional days during Christmas week401K plan after 1 year with profit sharingMedical and dental insurance at no cost for individual or familyLife insurance, short and long-term disability coverageAdditional personal insurance coverage Practice Details Established practice with 28 years of serviceMultiple locations across campuses with 3-4 clinic roomsOwned MA and RN staff, shared device tech and NP supportEMR systems: NextGen in-office, Cerner in hospitalNo visa sponsorship; practice offers a supportive environment with internal and outpatient resources
