Electrophysiology Physician

Role: Employed Cardiac Electrophysiologist responsible for establishing and leading a new EP program across multiple campuses in Northwest Arkansas. Responsibilities: Provide expert electrophysiology services, develop clinical protocols, and contribute to the growth of the EP program. Cover services at both hospital locations and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Cardiology with subspecialty certification in Electrophysiology. Strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise in cardiac electrophysiology, and excellent communication skills. Key Duties: Build and lead the EP program, deliver patient care, and participate in clinical and administrative activities to support program development.
