About the role
This position provides locum tenens support as an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician in an outpatient clinic and electrophysiology laboratory setting. The work is split between approximately 60–70% clinic and 30–40% procedural tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct electrophysiology consultations
- Perform atrial fibrillation ablations
- Manage cardiac devices
- Perform electrophysiology procedures
Requirements
- Board certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Completion of an electrophysiology fellowship
- Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
- Approximately 60 days for credentialing
Skills
- Expertise in cardiac electrophysiology
- Proficiency in device management
- Procedural proficiency
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Schedule
Monday–Friday, with no call or holiday shifts.
