About the role

This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiologist Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need. Start date is ASAP with available shifts including 10 on‑call. The preferred facility is located in Fairfield, Ohio (incorporated 1955, part of Butler County, close to Cincinnati). The area offers cozy restaurants, coffee houses, inns, museums, golf courses, parks, stores with Civil War artifacts, glassware, antiques, and the largest collection of authentic covered bridges in the region.

Responsibilities

Perform cardiac ablations
Implant pacers
Implant implantable cardioverter‑defibrillators (ICDs)
Implant biventricular devices

Requirements

Board Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
Ohio (OH) medical license
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 3 months
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR)
