Electronics Test Supervisor

About the role

The Electronics Test Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the testing and quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment. This position ensures that all products meet the required standards before they are released to customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily test operations to ensure compliance with established procedures and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Train and mentor team members on test methodologies and quality control techniques.
• Perform periodic audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with various types of electronic test equipment and software.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and tools.
