Electronics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Selecting, training, motivating, and evaluating Personnel;
• establishing and monitoring Employee performance objectives;
• preparing and presenting Employee Performance Reviews;
• providing or coordinating Personnel training and education;
• working with Employees to correct deficiencies and fully develop strengths;
• coaching, mentoring.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 1-3 years of service and repair management experience;
• hands-on technical experience with pro audio, music creation, musical instrument products;
• strong communication skills including the proven ability to develop and lead a team;
• proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications;
• excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
• demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
• demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
• demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
• strong attention to detail;
• experience in Allen & Heath consoles and keyboards a +;
• must be able to lift at least 65lbs without assistance using proper lifting techniques;
• must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time;
• must be able to work overtime as needed;
• demonstrate proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).
