Electronics Technician (ON-SITE)
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

- Performs a variety of highly complex technical tasks requiring understanding of electronics theory
- Operates automated and manual test equipment within the lab
- Helps determine equipment needs for capital purchases
- Mentors less experienced technicians
- Works off of rough blueprints and schematics
- Adheres to all corporate and lab policies and procedures
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in an engineering lab environment or a 2-year degree in the field of electronics
- A certified electronics technician
- A working knowledge of electronics lab test equipment
Preferred
- Experience in RF electronics
- Troubleshoot/repair electronics down to component level
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with different software tools used for circuit evaluation
- Strong communication skills
- Modify engineering designs and products
- Experience with a variety of circuit designs: RF, Digital, Power Supplies
- Experience reading schematics
- Experience with a variety of test equipment: Oscilloscopes, Multi meters, power supplies, Signal Generators, Network analyzers, etc.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58839 - $94143
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
