Electronics Technician Level III - 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Daily Execution Program: set up and run surface‑mount and through‑hole equipment (screen printer, pick‑and‑place, re‑flow oven); troubleshoot machine setup and workmanship problems (process control); act as New Product Development liaison for electronics; order fixtures; program equipment and develop process parameters; back up the Team Leader in their absence; follow all department and company standards.
• People and Process Development: train and mentor staff; optimize processes; reduce internal and external setup time; utilize simple automation.
• Continuous Improvement: reduce cost and surface‑related problems; apply PDCA to solve issues and drive improvements; implement 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics (a plus).
• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams.
• 1–3 years experience with SMT equipment – setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• 1–3 years experience with simple testing of circuit boards.
• SMT programming knowledge (desirable).
