We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Crane" and "Job Summary", "Essential Functions", "Minimum Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Working Conditions", "Top Benefits". Also maybe "Pay" and "Schedule" not present, so we should not include those sections. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. Should not include metadata like Job ID. Should remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Should preserve all substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include based on presence of real specific content. We have: - About Crane (description of company). Could be "About the role"? Actually heading "About the role" is suggested but we can use "About Crane" as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those. So we can use headings that match content: "About Crane", "Job Summary", "Essential Functions", "Minimum Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Working Conditions", "Benefits". Ensure we don't create sections with filler. We need to convert lists to
    • . For prose, use

. Let's extract content. About Crane: paragraph(s) describing company. We'll put in

. Job Summary: paragraph about Electronics Technician III works under limited direction... We'll put in

. Essential Functions: list of bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll convert each to

    • under
. The content: - Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, work orders, and test procedures to perform testing on electronic and mechanical units using engineering documentation and theory. - Perform automated and manual testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, ICT, flying probe, vibe, burn‑in, thermal cycle systems, and other special‑purpose testers; maintain system logs and documentation. - Calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot units down to the component level using electrical and mechanical calculations (voltage, resistance, impedance, flow, mechanical dimensions, etc.). - Create detailed non‑conformance reports, documenting failures and initial root‑cause findings, and collaborate with design/test engineering to resolve production problems. - Support CBS initiatives (5S, KPIs, Standard Work, problem solving), follow OSHA and company safety practices, and perform limited soldering/microscope work as needed. - Test higher‑complexity units under limited supervision and provide troubleshooting support across programs. We'll put each as
      • . Minimum Qualifications: includes Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education/Certification, Eligibility Requirement. Could be structured as subheadings? But we only have

for sections; we could keep as a single section with paragraphs or lists. Better to break into sub-sections? The instruction only mentions using

for section headings; we could still use

? Not allowed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but likely they expect only those. Safer to keep as one section with paragraphs and maybe
for each bullet. We can format as:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent educational experience

Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of methods and procedure in troubleshooting, circuitry or mechanical characteristics as related to area of assignment and ability to devise and adapt; Familiarity with product flow through a manufacturing or repair environment; Working knowledge of computer systems

Skills: Good oral expression and comprehension (communicate through speech so others will understand and listen to and understand information and ideas presented through speech); Good written expression and comprehension (communicate in English through writing so others will understand and read and understand information and ideas presented in English through writing)

Abilities: Ability to learn new test software and equipment and to identify abnormal conditions in equipment and product; Manual and finger dexterity (ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects); Ability to make precisely coordinated movements; Ability to work in multiple software systems, including time enter, data enter, on-line training PDM and MRP systems

Education/Certification: AA degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology, or equivalent knowledge through experience or other recognized educational institution.

Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

But we need to avoid repeating "Skills:" maybe we used "Skills:" but we have "Skills:" as part of Knowledge? Actually the original had "Skills:" after Knowledge. We'll include. Preferred Qualifications: list of three bullet-like sentences. We'll convert to
          • . Working Conditions: paragraph(s). We'll put in

. Benefits: list: Health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month; Time Off: 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day at Crane and 12 paid holidays per year.; 401k Retirement Plan: 401k plan with company match; Education Reimbursement: eligible after 6 months of employment. We'll convert each to

          • . We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Not present. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not present. We must not include headings with filler. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
