About the role

This Hiring Event requires the candidate to be present at our location in-person to qualify. The event is scheduled for Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, from 9AM to 3PM at DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport, located at 13869 Park Center Rd, Herndon, VA 20171.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electronic security systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Perform inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
  • Lead teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
  • Lead and document daily toolbox talks, ORMs, and safety audits.
  • Install and maintain equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
  • Program and install head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
  • Lead the on-site software commissioning and testing.
  • Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
  • Create, document, and track RFIs.
  • Design assist and provide feedback.
  • Document daily reports and project progress.
  • Communicate project and team member issues/concerns to management.
  • Create and manage project schedules.
  • Integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
  • Forecast and manage project labor hours.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
  • Guide and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

  • Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Ability to obtain a Security Clearance is REQUIRED.
  • Key Requirements:
    • Requires a Valid driver's license.
    • This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.
    • Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.
  • Education:
    • HS diploma or GED.
    • Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
    • An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.
  • Progressive Experience:
    • 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
    • 3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
    • Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
    • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.
    • Must be able to travel 50%.

Desired / Advantageous Qualifications

  • Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems).

Pay Range

USD $36.00 - USD $60.00 /Yr.
