About the role
Quantum Sky is searching for an Electronics Security Systems Site Lead Technician to support day-to-day activities for several of our existing programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and mentor technician teams on fast-paced, time-critical projects
- Understand and analyze design documentation, system data, and statements of work
- Complete high-quality device installations from project kickoff to close
- Execute testing to verify high-quality installations
- Install system raceway (conduit) and system cabling
- Terminate and test system cabling and all components
- Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and all mounting hardware components
- Meet all attendance requirements and working hours of the project
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, subordinates, and customers
- Incorporate and always follow all required safety practices
Requirements
- Five plus years of electronic security system installation with increasing levels of responsibility
- Three plus years of project lead experience with teams of 6 or more technicians
- Two plus years of data center project execution environment experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret level clearance
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Formal Electronics Training as follows:
- Military Electronics Training OR
- Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program OR
- Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program OR
- Additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
Skills
- Hirsch Velocity Certification (desired)
- Bosch BVMS & Radionix Certification (desired)
- OSHA 30 Certified (desired)
- Certification/experience with Lenel, Honeywell, Hanwha, and Milestone (desired)
- Active suitability determination from SSA for security work (desired)
- Open to travel weekly

Position is remote with travel required.
