About the role

We are seeking Electronics Assembly Technicians / Solderers with hands-on experience in electronic assembly, precision soldering, wiring, and rework. Candidates should be comfortable working with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering and electronic assembly.
• Build and repair wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Read schematics, engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Perform inspection, rework, desoldering, and basic troubleshooting.
• Use microscopes, soldering equipment, hand tools, and test equipment.
• Maintain quality and production documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of electronics assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on soldering, wiring, crimping, and rework experience.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and fine-motor skills.
• IPC/J-STD certification and Class 2/Class 3 experience preferred.
