Schedule

1st shift for training the first two months, then 2nd shift.

Description

Hands‑on support of commissioning activities under direct supervision, focused on electrical power and control systems within prefabricated modular data center products. Duration: 12 months contract to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic pre‑functional checks using approved OEM checklists
• Assist senior technicians and commissioning engineers during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Verify electrical terminations, labeling, grounding, and system completeness
• Support equipment energization under close supervision
• Perform basic control point and alarm verification
• Document test results and report discrepancies
• Follow OEM safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, technical or trade background
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings
• Exposure to low‑voltage power systems, UPS and battery subsystems, basic PLC I/O, and component‑level testing
