Responsibilities
- Putting laptops, computers, cell phones, and other devices through their paces — software and hardware alike.
- Playing detective when something doesn't work right, tracking down the issue until it's fixed.
- Logging your findings with precision, because your notes are what keep the whole process honest.
Requirements
- A knack for spotting what's wrong before anyone else does.
- Background in electronics with real hands‑on time testing laptops, phones, or similar devices.
- Ability to pop the hood on a computer and know exactly what you're looking at.
- Experience with Apple products (a nice bonus).
