Electronic Technician II 2nd Shift

Lead a team of skilled technicians in the assembly and testing of electronic components and systems, ensuring quality standards are met and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain production schedules and optimize workflows to meet Honeywell's high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of electronic technicians in the assembly and testing of electronic components and systems
  • Ensure all assembly processes are efficient and accurate, meeting quality standards and production targets
  • Provide technical guidance and support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other departments
  • Train and develop team members, monitor production metrics, and maintain a safe work environment
  • Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs, and adjustable parameters; record non-adjustable parameters
  • Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical, and optical checking equipment
  • Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required
  • Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment
  • Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair
  • Disassemble, replace parts, readjust, and reassemble devices to complete repairs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in electronic assembly and testing
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to support 2nd shift, plus any mandated overtime

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $37.82. Compensation may vary based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market considerations.

Schedule

This role supports 2nd shift, plus any mandated overtime.
