Location: Warner Robins, Georgia (Onsite)

About the role

This role is for the repair, modification, and maintenance of a variety of electronic equipment and Electronic Warfare systems. The position involves working on complex, mission-critical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble electronic subassemblies.
  • Wire circuits, replace components, and repair electronic assemblies.
  • Perform routine electronic preventative maintenance on special test equipment (STE) and test stations.
  • Perform test readings using instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Digital Multimeters.
  • Troubleshoot to the component level to determine the cause of and remedy for malfunctions.
  • Conduct routine engineering tests and detailed experimental testing.
  • Perform calibration checks on electronic instruments.
  • Utilize practical electronic theory and basic tools.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in an Electronics-related field or a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in an Electronics-related position.
  • 3+ years of relevant electronics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeter (DMM), or similar test equipment.
  • Ability to recognize basic electronic components and work from schematics, diagrams, rough sketches, and verbal instructions.
  • Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Digital Multimeters.
  • Must be able to work various shifts.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions, and other process documents.
  • Must work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in a lab environment.
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting RF assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Experience with testing and tuning microwave assemblies.
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Soldering experience or familiarization.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 12:30 am.
