Responsibilities

• Translate product and customer requirements into clear, actionable hardware and software specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive robust system development by applying and enhancing processes such as modeling, simulation, and calibration.
• Deliver high-quality, validated solutions by configuring systems and conducting comprehensive testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Ensure design excellence by reviewing and guiding the work of less-experienced engineers.
• Lead and influence projects by owning complex components or smaller initiatives.
• Strengthen team capability and continuous improvement by mentoring others and coordinating technical work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an appropriate STEM field is required.
• Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required.
• Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.

Pay

$111,010 - $150,190 per year
