Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair all types of simple to complex industrial electronic equipment, machinery and instrumentation.
- Install, repair and maintain instrumentation in the heat-treating area.
- Utilize electronic testing equipment, schematic prints, wiring diagrams, handbooks, formulae, blueprints and charts to locate and repair malfunctions or install components.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of apprenticeship as an electronic mechanic or electronic technician.
- An associate degree, certificate program or trade school program in industrial electronics.
- Two years’ experience as an electronic mechanic or electronic technician.
- Four years’ experience as an electronic mechanic or electronic technician.
