Electronic Hardware Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze electronic hardware failures.
• Perform product validation and verification testing.
• Execute and review test plans and test reports.
• Track and manage production part returns.
• Document test results, findings, and technical reports.
• Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Support ECM/ECU product development and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams.
• Maintain lab equipment, test setups, and documentation.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electronic hardware failure analysis and testing.

Skills

• Electronic hardware failure analysis & troubleshooting.
• Electronic product validation and testing.
• Test plan review and execution.
• Test report writing and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Electronics product development testing.
• Knowledge of ECM/ECU systems (preferred).
• ECM/ECU experience (desired).
• SEAFOAM experience (desired).
• WebPD experience (desired).
• Knowledge of EC-1 and EC-42 standards (desired).

Pay

The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 USD per year (Mossville, AC).
