Job Duties Experience inspecting printed circuit boards, circuit card assemblies, or electronic assemblies in a manufacturing or repair depot environmentAdvanced knowledge of IPC_A_610 and J_STD_001 standards; IPC certification strongly preferredStrong understanding of SMT, through-hole, rework, and soldering processesAbility to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, and process documentationSkilled in using microscopes and inspection equipment Experience documenting inspection results, writing quality reports, and communicating findings to engineering and production teamsDemonstrated ability to support continuous improvement initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and make quality decisions with minimal supervision Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE AA Degree and six (6) years related experience or High School Diploma and eight (8) years related experience.Preferred background in quality, engineering, Aerospace, or military specifications.Candidate must be a US Citizen.Excellent technical, analytical, and engineering qualifications with outstanding customer service skills.Experience with Customer Service, Support & Communication.Experience with document control, technical documentation, blueprints & schematics.Problem Identification & Resolution.Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
