Electronic Assembler

About the role

Responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and repairing electronic devices such as elevator emergency phones and control pendants, following detailed instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using wiring diagrams, schematics, and CAD drawings.
• Utilize hand tools, soldering irons, and electronic test equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and First Article Inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Test device functionality and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to company core values and complete all assigned duties.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred soldering experience and ability to learn ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow systematic procedures.

Work Environment

Climate-controlled with moderate noise; involves physical tasks like lifting up to 10 lbs, standing, crouching, and using hand tools. Not eligible for remote work.
