Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) The ideal applicant for this role would possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science 2 years of laboratory experience relative to anatomic pathology This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview Process and section surgical specimens for examination under light and electron microscope. Examine independently or with minimal supervision cellular ultrastructure for diagnostic and research purposes with photographic and/or digital imaging documentation. Prepare frozen sections of surgical specimens, evaluate for adequacy and stain with fluorescent antibodies for diagnostic and research purposes. Attend in-house renal biopsy procedures to divide and fix tissue for various studies. Assist residents, fellows, and faculty in research projects requiring electron microscopy and immunofluorescent studies. Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $53.41 - $60.15 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
