Electromechanical Technician, Days
Job Description/Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of equipment reliability and performance across the facility—combining hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise with problem-solving and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime, optimizing systems, and helping shape a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime
Qualifications/Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of relevant electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)

The annual hourly range for this role is $32.40- $ 48.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
