What's the Job?

Analyze equipment condition, troubleshoot failures, and perform repairs following standard procedures
Resolve machine issues and implement reliability improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Maintain equipment standards in accordance with hardware and software installation manuals
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize machine utilization and minimize scrap
Support new system installations, participate in R&D projects, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical maintenance
  • 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and motor circuits
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Flexibility to work all shifts in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
