About the role

Join our dynamic maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our production equipment performing at its best!

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive maintenance activities, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Participate in equipment selection, installation, and improvements to production processes.
  • Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Identify and communicate any health and safety risks to the Team Leader.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan.
  • Repair equipment in the event of breakdowns when known repair methods are available.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent documentation in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce maintenance costs, increase equipment reliability, and improve availability of workstations and production lines.
  • Support the development of a knowledge base for known failure modes through shared documents, platforms, and cross-training.
  • Aid with calibration activities for precision power devices.

Qualifications

  • Technical or Vocational education in industrial maintenance or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems.
  • Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Excellence in problem-solving and process improvement.
