Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive maintenance activities, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Participate in equipment selection, installation, and improvements to production processes.
- Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify and communicate any health and safety risks to the Team Leader.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan.
- Repair equipment in the event of breakdowns when known repair methods are available.
- Ensure accurate and consistent documentation in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce maintenance costs, increase equipment reliability, and improve availability of workstations and production lines.
- Support the development of a knowledge base for known failure modes through shared documents, platforms, and cross-training.
- Aid with calibration activities for precision power devices.
Qualifications
- Technical or Vocational education in industrial maintenance or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems.
- Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellence in problem-solving and process improvement.
