Responsibilities

  • Create 3D models of simpler designs and complex 2D drawings to acceptable drafting practices
  • Perform entry-level linear stackup studies
  • Work assigned tasks to meet schedule and coordinate details with other departments

Skills

  • Ability to understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or International equivalent at an intermediate level
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team
  • Ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Ability to assist other drafters with tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively balance workload on a day-to-day basis

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Pay

Estimated annual base pay: $26.44 (minimum) - $34.37 (midpoint) - $42.31 (maximum). Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
