Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline.
Experience in Project Management including Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Experience in supplier management.
Experience leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
Job Description
You will be the Electro-Optical Engineer Associate Manager for the F-16 EO/IR Team, which is responsible for designing, testing, and integrating F-16 EO/IR Systems and Subsystems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading a high-performing team of engineers in the accomplishment of design, test, and integration of F-16 EO/IR Systems and Subsystems.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of engineers and encouraging innovation and technical leadership across the F-16 platforms.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing complex technical projects and practicing effective project management problem resolution and risk management techniques.
- Interpreting customer requirements, creating system and equipment level requirements, and developing statements of work, implementation, test, integration, and closure.
- Cooking with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, various Lockheed Martin groups, and customers to develop effective proposals.
- Allocating direct report work assignments by leveraging their skills and long-term goals.
